Rotarians are members of Rotary clubs. Rotary clubs belong to Rotary International. To become a Rotarian, you must be invited to join a Rotary club by a member of that club.
A qualified candidate for membership in the Rotary Club of Muncie is an adult of good character and good business, professional, or community reputation.

• Be engaged as a proprietor, partner, corporate officer, or manager of any worthy and/or recognized business or profession, or
• Hold an important position in an executive capacity with discretionary authority in any worthy and/or recognized business or profession, or
• Act as the local agent or branch representative of any worthy and/or recognized business or profession, having charge of such agency or branch in an executive capacity.
In addition, the candidate must have a record of, or a demonstrated potential for making a worthwhile contribution to the betterment of the Muncie community by actively participating in local civic, social and/or cultural programs and by participating in the programs and activities of the Muncie Rotary Club.
